I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Thiss year should bring alot of new celebrations with numerous weddings on the front and I am sure a few births though as of right now they are unknown. I have to give a shout of to Mel and Mike for being willing to host a new years party this year. So thanks for that. Hopefully you will not regret it . I love you all that read this. So I just had a gtalk chat with a friend because I decided to make today National Binary Encoding day. Though obviously this blog breaks that rule. I sometimes just like to explain to people what binary or hexadecimal number systems are and I decided to write all of this. Then I really found the final response funny.

me: Hex is a 16 digit base system instead of 10 base which we use. So 0-9 is the same but then 10=A 11=B 12=C 13 14=E 15=F 16=10. Its not that complicated if you think about that its always a 2 digit pair. The first digit is how many 16's there are and the second is how many in between. So 32=20 because its 2 16's and no remainder. 33=21 and so on. Make since?

Its been such a long time since I had watched this. I still remember back when email was relatively new, this was one of the things that I forwarded to everyone. I know there is an even earlier version but its hard to find a copy that looks somewhat okay. Hope you enjoy.

I went to a dinner with my dad tonight to a dinner and George Lucas was the speaker. I will say he was a good speaker but not a great speaker. He also only spoke for a few minutes. Though I will say he was interesting to listen to and he did get better as the night went on. Here is a poor filming down by yours truly from pretty far back in the room, about the new star wars show called "Clone Wars". Its all animated or CG but it looked pretty cool.
